Això dels #novullpagar és com el qui puja al tramvia i no paga el bitllet; se’ls multa amb els 100€ i andando, comentaven l’altre dia a la feina.No és el mateix vaig argumentar: Estem d’acord que les infraestructures, siguin de transport públic o privat, s’han de pagar per poder-les mantenir. La insubmissió dels peatges interpel·la el poder per posar fi a la presa de pèl. O paguem tots o no paga ningú, per què a Catalunya hem de paguar per duplicat? Sufraguem via impostos autovies gratuïtes arreu que no veiem i a sobre paguem peatge per usar les nostres.
La conversa va seguir fins els famosos 100€ amb què la Generalitat amenaça els insubmisos i aquí va aparèixer de nou la comparativa amb el tramvia. Bé, vaig dir, a la parada del tram tens les tarifes, els abonaments i el trajectes que pots fer amb cadascun d’ells. Abans de pujar-hi ja tens tota la informació, fins i tot a què t’exposes si t’enxampen sense bitllet.
En canvi a l’autopista no saps la quantitat què has d’abonar fins que no arribes a la barrera, no te n’informen a l’entrar per a què decideixis si t’interessa o no. Per què no fan el mateix que les gasolineres on sí t’indiquen dels preus de carburants per si vols omplir el dipòsit en la propera estació de servei o en la d’uns quilòmetres més enllà?A més, el codi de circulació t’obliga a aturar-te al peatge, però no diu que hagis de pagar res. En quants peatges s’aixeca la barrera només recollint el paperet que et regala la concessionària sense haver de pagar ni un cèntim? Els fulls que han penjat als peatges són paper mullat.
La GRAN diferència rau en la lletra petita que una poderosa multinacional concessionària d’autopistes no pot esgrimir en els seus cartells com si ho pot fer una simple companyia de tramvies.

My spouse is an avid amateur photographer and has been for almost 40 years. As for me, I am pretty ignorant of photographic technique. However, I do think I can distinguish between an OK photograph and a really outstanding picture. The vast number of average photos does not prevent the outstanding photographs from grabbing my attention (this blog is an example of that). Perhaps technology will change that eventually, but we’re not there yet.
