Just una setmana abans que el COI es reunís a la capital danesa jo estava per aquelles latituds gaudint d’uns merescuts dies de vacances. Al tren entre Malmö i Copenhaguen vaig agafar un diari gratuït per fullejar-lo abans no passéssim per l’espectacular Pont d’Oresund.

No vaig entendre res exceptuant la previsió meteorològica, que al ser gràfica, és on vaig passejar-hi més la mirada. I aleshores és quan vaig tenir el clar pressentiment que Madrid no seria pas la ciutat escollida pel 2016. On és la capital espanyola en el llistat de les capitals europees?

  1. I had never heard of the rating system for fibromyalgia til about a week ago. After looking at the ratings and their descriptions, it worries me a bit. I’d rate mine closer to severe than moderate.my PCP has been the one to treat my Fibro for the past few years. I’ve got a physical coming up in a week, perhaps I can show him this article and see how he rates my Fibro. Myabe its time to go back to a Rheumatologist and see what happens.

Taking baby steps toward better sleep patters has helped a lot Sometimes when visiting friends or doing something like climbing later of evening it is really hard to unwind. Any other suggestions what would help relax and slow down the body at evening? PS + Zinc + magnesium + taurine combination?
